    Returns & Exchanges

      Please note that exchanges are not permitted, as all crochet items are custom-made and tailored to your size.

    • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders, sale items, and digital crochet patterns are non-refundable.

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

    • If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

    Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

    • After 24 hours, work may already be in progress, and cancellations may not be possible.
